• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges on sealed products, trading card singles, graded cards, mystery items, or pre-order products.
• Pull rates, pack contents, and product outcomes are randomized by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Orders may ship in multiple packages or separate waves.
• Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or shipping damage caused by third-party carriers.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
