• Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

🧾 Pre-Order and Pre-Sale Items

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pre-order products have not yet been released by the manufacturer or distributor.
• Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice.
• Pre-order items may ship on the official release date, after the release date, or in multiple waves depending on inventory availability and distributor allocation.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available and shipped together.
• We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple shipments at our discretion.
• A product shall not be considered late, overdue, or “not received” prior to its release date or before applicable fulfillment timelines have elapsed.
• Distributor allocations may impact the quantity of products received and may affect fulfillment timing.

Customers who wish to receive in-stock items immediately should place separate orders.

📅 Release Date Changes

Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from manufacturer production schedules, allocation changes, distributor delays, or release date adjustments.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after shipment.
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered delivered.
• Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
• Shipping insurance is strongly recommended when available.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product.
• Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

🌍 International Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage fees.
• We are not responsible for customs delays or government inspections.
• International transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
