Filing a chargeback for a valid and authorized purchase in an attempt to avoid agreed-upon store policies may be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Customers agree to contact our support team and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim with a financial institution.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, limit quantities, restrict future purchases, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law in cases involving fraud, abuse of store policies, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of the chargeback process.
