Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:

Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

Tins, bundles, and sealed collections

Once a sealed product leaves our possession, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, as the contents can be altered or tampered with.
🃏 Singles & Graded Cards

All singles and graded cards are final sale

Condition is clearly described and/or shown in photos

Grades on PSA/BGS/CGC slabs are final and assigned by third-party grading companies
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Damaged in transit

Missing items

Incorrect item received
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the packaging and product
If approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

Store credit, or

A refund at our discretion

Delays caused by carriers once shipped
