We take pride in offering authentic, carefully handled Pokémon products. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

🔒 All Sales Final on Sealed Products

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:

  • All sealed products are final sale

    • Booster packs

    • Booster boxes

    • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

    • Tins, bundles, and sealed collections

Once a sealed product leaves our possession, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, as the contents can be altered or tampered with.


🃏 Singles & Graded Cards

  • All singles and graded cards are final sale

  • Condition is clearly described and/or shown in photos

  • Grades on PSA/BGS/CGC slabs are final and assigned by third-party grading companies


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect item received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund at our discretion


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Pull results or pack odds

  • Opened or tampered items

  • Delays caused by carriers once shipped

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer


🚚 Shipping & Responsibility

  • Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer

  • We strongly recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance
