Cancellation policy

PURCHASE POLICY

By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
  2. Pre-order products are purchased with the understanding that release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.
  3. Pre-order items may ship on or after the official release date and may be fulfilled in multiple shipments based on distributor allocations, inventory availability, and order volume.
  4. Product quantities are subject to allocation by manufacturers and distributors. In the event we are unable to fulfill an order due to allocation shortages, customers will be notified and offered available options.
  5. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel fraudulent orders, or refuse service at our discretion.
  6. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  7. By completing your purchase, you agree to all store policies, including our cancellation, refund, and pre-order policies.
  8. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases.

    CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND PRE-ORDER POLICY


    All sales are final.


    Due to the nature of collectible products, trading cards, limited releases, and pre-order items, orders may not be canceled after they have been placed.


    Pre-order purchases reserve inventory and distributor allocations specifically for the customer. As a result:


    • No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been submitted.
    • No refunds will be issued for customer remorse, market price changes, delays caused by manufacturers or distributors, or changes in release dates.
    • Pre-order products may ship upon release or in multiple waves depending on inventory allocation and availability.


    If a product becomes unavailable due to manufacturer allocation shortages and we are unable to fulfill an order, we reserve the right to provide a refund, store credit, replacement product, or other reasonable resolution at our discretion.


    Customers agree that a product cannot be considered “not received” before the manufacturer’s release date or before fulfillment timelines disclosed at the time of purchase have elapsed.


    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
